Shipping and Stock Availability

XL Pro Systems try to keep as many products in stock as possible. If the product you order is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or by email Monday to Friday. All stock and orders are subject to availability.

Shipping Processing

Please allow 2 full working days for us to process your order. Our working days are Monday to Friday 10am till 6pm. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or outside our normal working hours may take longer to process.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next available working day.

UK Shipping Options

Items shipping to the UK will normally be dispatched via the following courier services: Royal Mail, DHL, Parcel Force and My Hermes. We may at times choose a different courier service.

Royal Mail shipping

If items are in stock and ordered before 1PM on a working day, items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail same day but can take up to 2 working days.

Delivery times for Royal Mail vary on the service selected but are generally:

Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3 to 5 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class - 2 to 4 working days

Royal Mail Standard Parcels - 3 to 5 working days

Royal Mail Next Day - Next working day before 1PM

DHL Shipping

If items are in stock and ordered before 10am on a working day, items are usually dispatched via DHL same day but can take up to 2 working days.

Delivery times for DHL vary depending on the service selected but are generally:

DHL 24-72H Service - 1 to 4 working days

DHL 24-48H Service - 1 to 2 working days

DHL Next Day - Next Working day before 12 Noon

Parcel Force Shipping

If items are in stock and ordered before 10am on a working day, items are usually dispatched via Parcel Force Next day but can take up to 2 working days.

Delivery times for Parcel Force vary depending on the service selected but are generally:

Parcel Force 48 - 48 Hours from time of posting

Parcel Force 24 - 24 Hours from time of posting

Parcel Force 12 Noon - Next Working Day before 12 Noon from posting

My Hermes

If items are in stock and ordered before 10am on a working day, items are usually dispatched via My Hermes next day but can take up to 2 working days.

Delivery times for My Hermes parcels are 3 to 5 working days. from the date of posting

Shipping Services Options

Due to size or weight issues we may find it necessary to put your parcel on a different delivery service to what you have chosen. If this is the case we will contact you by either telephone or email to confirm this change of shipping option.

Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criterias’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on electronics XL Pro Systems.com can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.

If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate. Oversized products may be subject to additional shipping fee’s.

XL Pro Systems will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. XL Pro Systems is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. XL Pro Systems bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.

Return Policy/Procedures

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, PayPal, or account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee as long as items are sealed and in original packaging. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

You have a right to terminate your contract with us within 7 working days from delivery of your item except in the case of items that are custom made. If you wish to terminate the contract within 7 days you will be responsible for the courier costs of returning the item to us.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives faulty or developes a fault please contact us as soon as possible with a full product and fault description and the date of purchase.

Before contacting us please consult the user manual of the product as the suspected fault may be part of the normal operation of the product.

Faults developing within the first 28 days will be collected free of charge. Conditions apply.

Faults developing after 28 days and within the 12 month warranty will be sent back at the customers expense.

Faults developing after 12 months from purchase cannot be sent back to XL Pro Systems. We can however offer details of service centres that may be able to repair your goods

Please do not send faulty products back without contacting us as you will require a Returns Number. Sending products back without the Returns Number can lead to significant delays in processing.

Please write the Returns Number clearly on the packaging and include a full fault description with the item for our engineers. Not writing a fault description can lead to significant delays in processing.

Software faults, faults caused by user error, faults caused by using the product in a way other than what it is intended for, faults caused by incompatibility with existing equipment are not covered under our normal terms.

All products returned will be assessed by our staff. Any product found to be faulty due to customer misuse will be chargeable. Any product returned and found not to exhibit a fault will be charged a fixed engineers fee of £30 plus associated carriage costs.

Products that have been modified in any way are not covered under warranty.

We aim to sort out and turn around faulty items as quickly as possible. Sometimes repairs can take longer than expected. If a product is going to take longer than expected we will let you know either by telephone or email. If you would like to check on the progress of your repair please contact us with your returns number.

XL Pro Systems will not be held responsible for any impact of faulty items.
